Agency Workers’ Network holds study meeting in the Diet

The Abe administration is proposing a series measures to reduce labor law regulations, including the temp agency law, labor contract law, and the labor standards law. On February 18th, as deliberation in the Diet started, the Agency Workers’ Network, an incorporated non-profit organization, held a study meeting at the Upper House Members’ Hall to examine the Temp Agency Law. NAKANO Mami, director of the Network, gave the key note speech titled “Will the rights of agency workers be strengthened by the revision of the Temp Agency Law?” ITO Akihisa, director of the Employment Law Department of Rengo, reported on the deliberation at the Labor Relations Council and SEKINE Shuichiro, Secretary General of the Agency Workers’ Union, talked about the results of the survey of temp workers. Three temp workers spoke up and were surrounded by reporters after the meeting.          (SEGICHI Tatsuya) 


派 遣3年入替制・有期雇用10年特例・ジョブ型正社員・労働時間規制見直しなどアベノリスク雇用政策が相次いで打ち出されつつある中、国会での論戦が始まっ た。こうした中、NPO派遣労働ネットワーク(理事長:中野麻美弁護士)が主催し2月18日(火)11時から参議院議員会館で「派遣法改正を考える院内学 習会」を開催した。中野理事長が「派遣法改正建議を問う~派遣労働者の生活と権利は向上するのか」のメイン報告。伊藤連合雇用法制対策局局長が労政審議会 の経緯、関根派遣ユニオン書記長が派遣スタッフアンケートの内容を紹介した。3名の派遣労働者が発言(パルシステム雇止め・原発偽装請負・日雇派遣の現 状)、学習会終了後は報道関係者に囲まれた。(関口達矢)
