Store managers scream in hysteria—bullying at work (March)

1. A store clerk at a convenience store complains that his employer refuses to pay for unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation, social security or pension, which was guaranteed in the job ad. He gets no break or holiday. A store manager screams in hysteria for any small thing, which scares him to death. 2. A company demands a permanent-contract employee that she change her contract to an outsource. If so, the company will shoulder the tax, it said, but it is illegal. 3. A worker prefers working alone because he is too shy to talk to others. The company, though, tells him to improve his communication skills. He doesn’t know what to do.
