Decontamination workers win “special allowance” after eight months of struggle

My name is Nakamura, and I used to work in decontamination of Fukushima. I appeared on Labornet TV in March to let people know about the facts about decontamination work. Twenty-five of our friends we shared the same meals got together to form a union. We demanded Kajima Corportaion and three other subsidiaries the special allowance for dangerous works that is supposed to be paid by the Enviornmental Ministry. It took us eight months, but we were able to hold a victory rally on July 28 in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture. 除染現場の脱法ゆるさず～八ヵ月のたたかいで「除染作業手当」の支払い勝ちとる
私は、元除染作業員の中村です。今年の3月、除染現場の実態を一人でも多くの方々に知らせるべく、レイバーネットTVに出演させて頂きました。お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。同じ釜の飯を食った仲間たち25名で組合を組織し、元請け鹿島以下、上位三社に対し本来環境省から、除染作業員に支払われる特殊勤務手当の支払いを求めて闘いました。八ヵ月の時間を有しましたが、7月28日に福島県郡山市において、勝利報告会を開くことが出来ました。多くの支援者の方々、支援組織そして、メディアの皆様のご支援あっての勝利宣言でした。本当に当該一同、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。（電興争議・中村）
