No to wage cut! 9th Strike at Zenyo

Zenyo Local of the National Union of General Workers Tokyo Tobu, which organize workers at Zenyo Corporation that specializes in welding rails for JR (Japan Rail) companies and other private rail operators, waged a strike on 9^th October. There was a support rally in front of the main office in Nerima, Tokyo and 140 workers including supporters from other unions gathered. This was the ninth strike since the wage demand started in this July. The company locked out the workers from 8 am to 4:30pm, setting up barricades and surveillance cameras.

敢行 

 ＪＲや私鉄各社のレー ル溶接を手がける株式会社 全溶（本社：東京都練馬区）の労働者でつくる全国 一般東京東部労組全溶支部は10月９日、朝からストライキに突入し、本社前抗議

アピール行動を敢行しました。本社前行動には東部労組各支部や友好労組など

約140人の仲間が集まりました。同支部組合員は９日午前８ 時から同日午後４時

半までの第９波ストライキを打つとともに、同日午後２時から本社前行動に立ち

上がりました。本社には作業員の大半 がストライキに入ったため、作業用ト

ラックが留め置かれました。会社側は本社建物の回りをカラーコーンとロープを

張り巡らしてバリ ケードを構築し、「立入禁止」と書かれた札を取り付けまし

た。ドアはカギを閉め、２階の窓からは監視カメラを据え付けました。これに

対して組合員と支援者の怒りは爆発しました。「この本社ビルを建てたのは自分

たち作業員が寝ずに働いたおかげではないか」。バリケー ドは次々と破られ、

“Respond to our demands sincerely!” - Zenyo welders stage strike again

Members of the National Union of General Workers Tokyo Tobu, working at Zenyo Corporation, a company specializes in welding rails for JR (Japan Rail) companies and other private rail operators, went on the third and fourth strikes on August 3 and 4, following the first on July 8 and the second, a 24-hour strike, on July 10. In the collective bargaining session on July 31, the company president NUMATA Masao once again flatly rejected the union's demands for increases in benefits and the workforce that had been reduced by Numata himself. 31 workers at the corporate headquarters staged a 10-hour strike from 8pm on August 3 to 6am on August 4. 10 workers at the Tokyo Rail Center sales office did an 8-hour strike from 8.30am to 4.30pm on August 4. 不誠実なゼロ回答をや めなさい！～東部労組全溶支部が第3波・第4波ストライキを決行

 ＪＲや私鉄各社のレール溶接を手がける株式会社全溶（本社：東京都練馬区）の労働者でつく る全国一般東京東部労組全溶支部は、８月３日から同４日にかけて第３波・第４波のストライキを決行し ました。７月31日に行った団体交渉で、手当 カットや人員削減をもとに戻すよう要求している組合側に対 し、全溶の沼田社長がまたもやゼロ回答を行ったためです。第３波ストは全溶支部のうち本社所属の組合 員31人が８月３日午後８時から同４日午前６時までの10時間、第４波ストは全溶支部のうち東京レールセ ンター営業所（東京都江東区）所属の組合員10人が同４日午前８時半から同日午後４時半までの８時間、 それぞれ実施しました。（須田光照） 報告・動画（10分）

Pay appropriate bonus! – Welders carried through a 24-hour strike

42 members of the National Union of General Workers Tokyo Tobu, who work for Zenyo Corporation that specializes in welding rails for JR (Japan Rail) companies and other private rail operators, carried through a 24-hour strike from 6am on July 10, 2015 in protest against insincere response of the management to the union’s demands. In addition, the union members and their supporters protested in front of the headquarters of Zenyo in Nerima Ward, Tokyo. The demonstrators repeatedly chanted, together with their supporters, “Don’t reduce benefits!” and “Pay appropriate bonus!” (SUDA Mitsuteru)

「生活できるボーナスを払え！」～溶接労働者が24時間ストライキを貫徹

ＪＲや私鉄各社のレール溶接を手がける株式会社全溶（本社：東京都練馬区）の労働者でつくる全国一般東京東部労組全溶支部42人は、会社側の組合要求に対する不誠実なゼロ回答に抗議するため、7月10日午前6時から同11日午前6時までの24時間ストライキを貫徹しました。7月10日午前11時からは全溶本社前でストライキ抗議アピール行動を支援者を含めて約80人で実施しました。抗議アピール行動では、本社前にストライキ決行中の組合員が結集し、東部労組各支部や他労組の仲間とともに「手当カットを許さないぞ！」「生活できるボーナスを払え！」などとシュプレヒコールを繰り返しました。 （須田光照）
