Korean Sanken Union members appear on the Labornet TV

Korean Sanken Union has been fighting for the reinstatement of 34 workers for over six months. The parent company in Japan, Sanken Electric Co., went to South Korea seeking cheap labor. After making a lot of profit, the company pulled out, dismissing all the employees. The workers recently came to Japan to fight the “runaway company”. On 22^nd February, three members of the delegation appeared on the Labornet TV. They all wore headbands with the slogan “Defend the right to live”.  KIM Eunhyong, with a clean shaved head showing her determination not to return to Korea without winning, spoke calmly with a smile on her face. “We are fighting for 130 days in front of the main office gate of the company. And there have  always been Japanese supporters. Even our own siblings can’t do such a thing. 「生存権死守」のハチマキ姿で～「韓国サンケン労組」レイバーネットTVで思い語る

安い労働力を求めて韓国に進出した日本のサンケン電気。たっぷり稼いで、都合が悪

くなると全員解雇して撤収。こんな「渡り鳥企業」は許さないと、韓国サンケン労組

34人は「解雇撤回」を求めて約半年間たたかい続けている。2月22日のレイバーネッ

トTVには、日本遠征団の三人（キムウニョン、パクジョンピル、キムヒチョルの各

氏）が生出演した。ハチマキには「生存権死守」とハングルで書かれていた。キムウ

ニョンさんは見事な剃髪姿。「勝つまで帰らない」と固い決意だが、話は穏やかで笑

顔を絶やさない。「遠征団は130日間サンケン門前でたたかってきたが、同じ130日間

日本の支援の仲間が支えてくれた。こんなことは兄弟でもできないことだ。とても感

謝しているし、そのためにも勝って帰国したい」と。現地でテント闘争を続けている

“Sanken destroyed the trust of our family members” An appeal from KIM Eunhyong

 

On December 22^nd, a protest action was held in front of the main office of Sanken Electric Co., Ltd. in Saitama Prefecture. The action started with a Korean protest song. KIM　Eunhyong took the mike. “Sanken Electric Co., Ltd. is a big company with a capital of 2.08 billion Yen and over 10 thousand employees. There is no reason to sack 34 workers at its Korean subsidiary. The main company is making a profit, so it can help the Korean subsidiary. Sanken claims to be an environment-friendly company; how can it ruthlessly dismiss workers?” She went on to explain that the company sent the dismissal notice to workers’ home while they were working. “Sanken destroyed the trust of our family members”, she finished her appeal in tears.  

 On December 27^th, the Gyeongnam Local Labor Commission ruled that the dismissal of 34 Sanken workers were unfair and that they should be reinstated. On the other hand, the Commission rejected the union’s claim that there was an unfair labor practice on the side of the management.  (Support Group for Korean Sanken Workers)

「サンケン電気は家族の信頼をぶち壊した」～遠征闘争団・ウニョンさん涙の訴え

12月22日（木）韓国サンケン労組の闘いの報告です。雨が降るという予報だったが、本社前での闘いは大丈夫。暖かい11月の陽気だった。7時20分～8時30分、みんなで「イムのための行進曲」を歌って行動を開始。本社への訴えはウニョンさんが行った（写真）。「208億円の資本金で、1万人を超える労働者を抱えるサンケン電気は大企業だ。韓国の34人を解雇する理由がない。黒字企業が韓国の赤字を埋められないはずがない。環境にやさしいとうたう企業がなぜ卑劣な解雇を行うのか」と厳しく糾弾。また韓国サンケンが解雇通知を本人が会社で働いているときに各家庭に郵送し、先に家族が解雇を知ってしまったことなど話し、「大切な家族と幸せに暮らしたいのに、サンケン電気は家族の信頼をぶち壊した」と涙ながらに訴えた。（支援する会） 報告

韓国の労働委員会が不当解雇を認定！～サンケンの大量解雇

韓国サンケン使用者側の生産職勤労者大量解雇は不当だという地方労働委員会の判定が出てきた。慶南地方労働委員会は12月27日、 韓国サンケン解雇者34人が使用者側を相手に出した不当解雇救済申請を受け入れた。それと共に使用者側に解雇者の復職を注文した。ただし地労委は、労組が提起した使用者側の不当労働行為は棄却した。地労委はこの日、労使2次審判会議を終えて、労使双方にこのような結果を通知した。韓国サンケンは昌原市馬山会原区の馬山自由貿易地域内で LED照明などを生産している。日本サンケン電気の子会社で100%日本資本投資企業だ。韓国サンケン労使対立は、 昨年の賃金・団体交渉の過程で、双方が意見の差を見せ、強まった。（クッキーニュースより） 続き・韓国サンケン関連記事一覧
